When and how might we request information from you?

Your details will be collected only when completing an online booking form for training, purchase of resources or requests for more information. During this time we will ask you to share basic information such as your name, job title, school / organisation and address of workplace.

During this process, you are provided with the option to ‘opt in’ to Evolution Learning Ltd marketing database, whereby your details will be included within the ongoing email marketing to provide updates surrounding training, resources and products that may be relevant to you.

What is the purpose for collecting this information?

The basic information collected enables us to process your online booking request, send relevant and necessary communications associated with the booking and raise relevant invoices.

How do we keep your keeping information safe?

All is held on secure devices and online platforms that conform with GDPR legislation. We do not request login details or passwords to be submitted through the website.

We do not share your information with any third-party organisations and your information is used only in relation to your engagement with Evolution Learning Ltd, its training, products and resources.

What are my rights?

• Request access to the information we hold of you at any time
• Request that we delete the information we hold about you, subject to any legal requirements there may be for us to continue to keep
• Request an update to the information we hold about you
• Request to withdraw consent for us to use your information, if you have previously given consent during the sign up phase
• Object to Evolution Learning Ltd using your information for marketing purposes.
